TikTok AI Factory is an AI-powered video generation platform for cross-border e-commerce sellers. The Service provides tools for product research, script generation, video creation, and social media publishing.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Credits are consumed per AI operation. Unused credits do not roll over. Refunds are provided for failed AI operations only. Subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) generate deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content; (c) violate intellectual property rights; (d) reverse engineer the Service; (e) exceed rate limits or attempt to degrade Service performance.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. The Service's software, branding, and underlying technology are owned by TikTok AI Factory. AI-generated content ownership follows applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY. TikTok AI Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted.
